I’m here to help you feel seen and heard. I created a space for your experiences to be processed with without judgement.
I use the Internal Family Systems model of therapy and other evidence based approaches to guide you into a more compassionate relationship with yourself, which leads to deeper connections with others, and translates into more meaningful work in the world.
At the core of my approach to therapy is a belief that you already have the internal resources to heal from your past and to grow into the most authentic version of yourself. Let’s tap into those resources together!
Therapy with me is…
-
I believe your time and energy matter, and I work thoughtfully to ensure that each session has a sense of direction and purpose. While the process may not always be linear, it is never aimless—we move with clarity and intention guided by your goals and what feels most meaningful to you.
-
I see our work as a partnership, where your insights, experiences, and inner wisdom are highly valued. Using my clinical guidance, we make decisions together—about what to explore, how to move forward, and what feels most helpful in the moment. I have specialized training and you are the expert on your life. I am here to support you with curiosity, compassion, and perspective.
-
My hope in each session is that we are actively working toward meaningful change. I will help you stay connected to what matters most—whether that’s gaining insight, shifting patterns, or finding relief from what feels heavy. We focus on what’s truly helpful, so our time together feels purposeful and grounded in lasting change.
